We recommend you to go to
Kokusaikaikan station (K01) by the subway Karasuma line.
Then, please take the Kyoto bus #40 which departs from the bus stop #2.
Note that the Kyoto bus is different from the Kyoto City bus.

to go up from the bus terminal in the Kyoto Sangyo Univ.
Then, you will see the second outdoor escalator.
Please go up with the second one.
