Koyama uses www.hotels.com for all of its hotel bookings. To check the price and availibility of a room, do this:

Click on the link above. This will open up a new window in which the main page for Hotels.com will appear.
Click on the word 'Hotel' to go to the hotel reservations section.
Enter:
- the name of the city (with correct spelling!), the state or province.
- Click on "Search only hotels that accept on-line reservations"
- At the bottom of the screen, select the desired hotel chain. This should be one of these four:
  - A Hilton
  - B Holiday Inn
  - C Hyatt
  - D Sheraton
- Further down, put a check mark in "No smoking room"
- Click on "Perform Search" at the bottom.
From the results, select the hotel which is closest to the airport and click on "Book it!"
From the next menu, enter the planned arrival and departure dates.
Click on "Check Availibility"
If a room is available, make note of the room rate at the bottom of the page. If there are several, choose the least expensive one or "Corporate Rate." If a room is not available, check a different hotel of the same chain, or if none, another hotel chain.
Close the window. Do not proceed further!

Every city has its own limousine services. There is no nationwide service with a central www site. Instead use www.yahoo.com

Enter: <limousine name-of-city> into the search window and click on SEARCH
Select a limousine service that says that it has a regular service from the airport to the downtown hotels. Mr. Empson does not require a 'stretch limousine'; a seat on a van or bus will do. (If the hotel you selected is close to the airport, the hotel itself probably has its own free shuttle service. Look at the hotel's www page to check about this.)
Check whether reservations must be made in advance, or upon arrival at the airport. Note the cost for a round-trip ride from the airport, to the city, and back again to the airport as well as the approximate time it will take.
