Souma Naoki is a soccer player of the Kashima-Antlers, a professional football team in Japan League as a left-side back player.
When he was a Shimizu-Higashi High School student which is famous for soccer, he was converted from MF to left-side back. After he graduated from Shimizu-higashi high school, he entered Waseda University.
When he was in the university in 1992, he was a member of the Japan team for the Barcelona Olympic.
In 1994 he entered Kashima-Antlars and he has been a member of Japan team from 1995. He participated 48 games in an international A match, and scored 4 points.
He was a member of Japan team at the World Cup'98
He loves music. He likes western music; rock, blues, hip-hop, raggae.
