Ono Shinji

Ono Shinji is a professional soccer player. He belongs to the team "URAWA-Reds" in J-League. His position is the Mid-Fielder. He is the most important player in the team, though he is young. His peculiarity on playing is game making, accuracy of his kick and wide view. His most prominent point is doing direct pass. People have been watching his soccer sense since he was high school student. .

He could play with his ability in J-league. In 1998 The Japan national team acquired the right to participate in '98 France World Cup. He was selected as the payer of the "Japan national team" for the '98 France World cup. At that time he was 18 years old. In World Cup, he could not get a lot of chances to play. However he played very well in little time. Now he plays soccer to pass the Asia round for the Olympics in Sydney 2000.
