1 = First term 2 = Second term, etc.
P = Primary Level S = Secondary Level
* = Movable holiday week (Lunar New Year,Easter,etc)
> = Start of year (next character position)
x = Exam period G = Graduation - = Break
Each month has four character positions representing 4 weeks/month
