In the FUJII Seminar, all seminarians will start with settling their own research themes and research plans, and then seminarians can take part in the seminar to study not only Energy and Environmental Economics but also knowledge and technique to analyze Energy Resource Issues and Energy Security Issues.
The seminarian can study the interaction among Economic Development, Energy Security and Environmental Protection, not only in the short, mid and long term, but also in the ambient, local and global scope.

Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1961. B.A in Economics at Waseda University. M.A. in International Economics at Aoyama Gakuin University. Ph.D. in Energy Science at Kyoto University.
Prior to joining the Faculty of Economics of Kyoto Sangyo University, Dr. FUJII worked at Mitsubishi Bank,Japan Research Institute(JRI),Institute of Energy Economics Japan(IEEJ) and Mitsubishi Research Institute(MRI).
