1. Okayama International Hotel

   On December 14 and 15

   All sessions will be held in Room "Tancho" in the first basement of Okayama International Hotel. You are kindly asked to register yourself at the reception desk outside the room.

   On December 14

   All participants are welcome to the buffet supper in Room "Jupiter" on the 4th floor of the hotel from 18.30-20.00.

   On December 15

   Please check out of your room and join Session 4, which will start at 8.30. You may leave your luggage at the reception and collect them on your departure.
   You are encouraged to avail yourselves of the special bus service from the hotel to Okayama Station. The bus will leave the main entrance of the hotel at 15.00.

2. Kyoto Sangyo University

   On December 16 and 17

   All sessions will be held in Rooms 1A, 1B and 2 on the third floor of Koyama Hall. You are kindly asked to register yourself at the reception desk at the third-floor entrance of the hall; see the map.

   

   You can take lunch at the university lounge "Furusato" on the fourth floor of the hall. Tickets (600 yen) are available at the reception desk.

   On December 16

   All participants are welcome to the buffet supper in "Furusato" from 16.45-18.15. Tickets (3000 yen) are available at the reception desk.

From Kansai International Airport (KIX) to the Okayama International Hotel:

Take the JR Limited Express "Haruka" to Shin-Osaka (45 min. 2470 yen):

and transfer to the JR Super Express "Shinkansen" to Okayama (44 min.--78 min. 5350 yen):

From Okayama Station to the Okayama International Hotel:

• Take a taxi (15 min. 1700 yen).

• Take a bus (Track No.9; 20 min. 250 yen).

   From Kyoto Station or Kyoto Century Hotel, you can take the subway Karasuma-line to "Kitaoji" station and transfer to a City Bus to Kyoto Sangyo University (Kita 3).

   Or you may take a taxi: from Kyoto station to Kyoto Sangyo University (40 min. 2300 yen); from Kitaoji station to Kyoto Sangyo University (about 10 min. 1300 yen).
