"Ramen Truck" is a street stall for Chinese noodles. Japanese likes Chinese noodles very much.
There are many specialty stores for them all around Japan.
"Ramen Track" is a kind of these stores. And it is opened in the night.

For example, After finishing the job, some salaried man drink at one place after another, then they drop in "Ramen Track" before going back home.
They can relax in a "Ramen Track" because it is very congenial in a stall. And It is very nice to eat "Ramen" in a free atmosphere at midnight.

That is why, "Ramen Track" is very popular among Japanese people and now, we can call "Ramen Track" one of the Japanese Culture.
