Usually, we learn this when we are school children. Even during the summer vacation, we get up in the early morning, and go out side to do this execise.
We go to a place which have much space like park, and dance to the music with our neighbors.It is really comfortable and good for your health.
Now, you can easily take part in "Rajio taisou daiichi" because we can watch it on TV every day. It starts from 6:17 am on NHK ( Nihon Hosou Kyokai).
